That led to my first non-fiction book, by the way: Recreating Eden, a Natural History of Botanical Gardens which looks at our own one very closely.

Enjoy it.

MMary Soderstromhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09265519935852076762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3273302883043906742.post-16422792015451401652009-01-24T13:15:00.000-05:002009-01-24T13:15:00.000-05:00Very nice! Et en effet, rien ne vaut de s'offrir, bien emmitouflé, une bonne balade dans le froid ensoleillé de l'hiver pour faire passer la grisaille qui nous embrume souvent l'esprit à ce temps-ci de l'année.

And talking about plants, don't forget the marvelous Montreal Botanical Garden, where I went last Tuesday for my first drawing class. You probably know it by heart, but I am sure it still hides secrets from you, héhé. One has to cool off in the entrance after visiting the 22-degree greenhouses (some are cooler, according to its tenants) and before re-entering the minus-20 shell of Montreal, but surely the visit is worth a few appointments to any therapist ;)

Winter-therapist, I wonder if that exists...patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08254581161662820399noreply@blogger.com
