It was packed. Several trade unionists I have known for many years showed up, as did Amir Khadir and Françoise David of Québec solidaire. <br /><br />I didn't make it to the vigil beneath the Angel at Parc Mont-Royal, as I was utterly exhausted after working at Les journées d'Alternatives, and didn't feel safe moving around whether by bus, bicycle or on foot.
