Though I don't understand why the other workers' jobs couldn't also be saved. If I recall they are younger and would logically find it easier to get another job, but still...
I remember this lady (from inevitable freelance stuff at SRC/CBC, less secure less)... She is very sweet and competent.
The potato sausage looks delicious and I'll definitely make it sometime. Hmm, wonder if fresh ginger would work?
