If you mean social-democracy on the Federal level, I doubt there will be an "organic" coalition between the NDP and the Bloc, because in English Canada, the latter are dismissed as "separatists".
Surely you don't think the Liberal Party of Canada has anything to do with the Left? They are a party of great capital. Of course, one could find common ground with them on certain issues of democracy, but uniting with them as some kind of "left" would conclude with nothing but that great vortex of lost hopes called the US Democratic party, that faithful servant of imperialist aims and of the 1%.
