New Shoes Songs: The Horrors of Shopping

I absolutely must get a new pair of walking shoes now that winter is nearly over. So I spent far too much time today looking for what I need, and which, of course, I couldn't find. When I came home I went looking for shoe songs to lift my spirits while I rested my feet. Here's what I came up with: These boots are made for walking... and Gumboots and The Red Shoes

I love my Josef Seibel Caspian sneakers - never thought something as sleek would be comfy walking for hours (on feet over 50). Depends on each person, but I really like them:

I have NO commercial interest in these or any other shoes.

Thanks for the reference. I'll check them out.

I bought them (on sale) at a comfort/orthopaedic + very small/very large shoe shop in my neighbourhood, Eureka, on St-Hubert, but I've also seen them at the comfort shoe shops at Complexe Desjardins, almost due south via the 80 bus from chez vous.

It is really hard to find walking shoes that "work". Some look very orthopaedic but aren't really very supportive and comfy.

Thanks for the footwear song additions!
