I'm housesitting for a friend in Mile-End you might know, and confess to swearing a bit at the snow not yet cleared on her block, but according to the Déneigement map, it should have been by now. At least this gets me out of the house and walking a bit. The viaduct passage on St-Laurent for pedestrians and cyclists has been cleaned, thank the Weather Goddess! (and the workers).
I'm also taking her some empanadas (I froze them after making them) so they'll be there when she returns from Cuba!
